If you’ve answered any of these questions with a “no,” please reconsider whether online learning is right for you. Contrary to a sometimes popular belief, online learning is not “easier” in any way. It involves self-discipline and motivation because of the absence of the classroom setting and the immediacy of having the instructor in the room. It can actually take more time and effort. It is easy for an online course to become a low priority in a busy life, so please plan accordingly so you will have a successful experience and accomplish your educational goals.
