Technical Customer Service

This is an independent study, 3-credit course that covers various aspects of technical customer service. The student will be given different scenarios concerning problems that may occur, and will be asked to determine what actions to take to reduce those problems. There will be problem-solving activities for hardware and software that will better prepare the student for customer service challenges that will occur in and out of the workplace. These scenarios mirror actual events that have been experienced by many technical support specialists.
